Channel Type - Public Products Supported - Targeting Integration Type - 3P

Salesforce Audience Studio is Salesforce DMP. This integration allows us to list our standard segments publically as third-party segments in their marketplace.

This integration is only available for Targeting and allows us to send MAIDs and cookies.

Creating a Destination for Salesforce Audience Studio

Salesforce Audience Studio is a public Channel. When creating segments always use the public destination named "Salesforce Audience Studio".

Perform the following steps to create a Destination for Salesforce Audience Studio:

1. Log into Unity and go to the DESTINATIONS application.
2. Under the All Channels section, search for Salesforce Audience Studio.
3. Click Salesforce Audience Studio and enter the following details in the window that appears:
   1. Enter a name for the Destination.
   2. USD appears as the Currency value.
   3. Click Save Destination.

Creating a Segment for Salesforce Audience Studio

The following steps summarize the process of linking a Segment to a Destination:

1. Log into Unity to create a Segment from the TARGETING application.
2. To activate the Segment, search for the Salesforce Audience Studio Destination that you created and link the same.
3. Remember to enter the Price for activating the Segment.

Once a segment is created, it takes up to 24 hours to reflect within Salesforce.

Once the segment is created reach out to the Zeotap POC to see that the segment gets activated within the platform and goes live in the Channel.
