Article summary

Once a segment is created in Unity, it takes 2-3 days for it to reflect in Active Agent and to be visible to client.

Seat IDs have to be manually activated on the Active Agent UI, only after activation can clients access our segments. Currently only the following Seat IDs have been activated:

How to add Seat IDs

  1. Login to : https://my.active-agent.com/#/3350/dashboard username: [email protected] password: yZQ%9kn8%L
  2. Go to Audience tab Click on Zeotap DMP
  3. On the left panel, click on Permissions and toggle the status to Active for whichever agency you want to take live.

Some segments showing 0 size even after segment was exported from our end

Active Agent has a daily import limit of 200 million users daily. In case the total number of user export in a day exceeds the limit, some segments may not get updated on Active Agent UI. In such cases, manually export the segment from Unity for the audience size to populate.
