Neustar is a global DMP that is the preferred onboarding partner for P&G. The integration is live globally for both Device IDs and cookies. Neustar can then onboard the Zeotap data directly into P&G's behavioural warehouse. Apart from this, our data can also be shared with other clients available in the Neustar DMP.

Creating a Destination for Neustar

Neustar is a private Channel. Perform the following steps to create a Destination for Neustar:

1. Log into Unity and go to the DESTINATIONS application.
2. Under the All Channels section, search for Neustar.
3. Click Neustar and enter the following details in the window that appears:
   1. Enter a name for the Destination.
   2. Enter the Client Seat ID number on which the client has requested the Segment.
   3. Enter the Client Name.
   4. USD appears as the Currency value.
   5. Click Save Destination.

Creating a Segment for Neustar

The following steps summarize the process of linking a Segment to a Destination:

1. Log into Unity to create a Segment from the TARGETING application.
2. To activate the Segment, search for the Neustar Destination that you created and link the same.
3. Remember to enter the Price for activating the Segment.

Once the segment is created reach out to the Zeotap POC to see that the segment gets activated within the platform and goes live in the Channel.
