Segment Creation

Segment Creation is an automated process through Unity UI. Once created segments can take upto 24 hours to reflect within Salesforce. Once the segments are available within the UI clients do not have automatic access to them. We need to create a Buyer whitelist request for our 3rd party data by sending an email to [email protected] with the Buyer details. Please note that separate whitelisting needs to be done for segments pushed to Salesforce Data Studio & Audience Studio. Providing whitelisting access for Data Studio does not provide the client access to Audience Studio segments and vice versa.

SEGMENTS PUSHED TO AUDIENCE STUDIO WILL NEVER APPEAR UNDER DATA STUDIO AND VICE VERSA
