Segment Creation
The current integration only allows Public segments to be created. Segment Creation is an automated process through Unity UI. Users can select Active Agent as Channel in Unity UI while creating segment. 2 inputs are required for segment creation:
- Price: Enter the price in EUR for the segment.
- Network ID: This will be the list of clients(agencies) that we have to make our segments visible to. Since the current integration is only for public segments, the default value to be chosen is Public.
Once a segment is created in Unity, it takes 2-3 days for it to reflect in Active Agent UI and to be visible to client.
Seat IDs have to be manually activated on the Active Agent UI, only after activation can clients access our segments. Currently only the following Seat IDs have been activated:

Reporting
Manual reporting is provided by the 10th of each month.
How to add Seat IDs
- Login to : https://my.active-agent.com/#/3350/dashboard username: [email protected] password: yZQ%9kn8%L
- Go to Audience tab Click on Zeotap DMP
- On the left panel, click on Permissions and toggle the status to Active for whichever agency you want to take live.
