Pubmatic

Channel Type - Both Private and Public Products Supported - Targeting and Connect Integration Type - 3P

Pubmatic is a global SSP. The current integration allows us to push audiences to the Pubmatic platform allowing the Publishers and Buyers to use them. It is live globally for both Device IDs and cookies.

This integration allows us to push both our first-party and third-party segments to a particular client seat within Pubmatic or publicly to all clients within the SSP.

Creating a Destination for Pubmatic

Pubmatic is a private Channel. Perform the following steps to create a Destination for Pubmatic:

1. Log into Unity and go to the DESTINATIONS application.
2. Under the All Channels section, search for Pubmatic.
3. Click Pubmatic and enter the following details in the window that appears:
   1. Enter a name for the Destination.
   2. Enter the Account Id number on which the client has requested the Segment.
   3. USD appears as the Currency value.
   4. Choose the appropriate Account type from the drop-down menu.
   5. Click Save Destination.

Creating a Segment for Pubmatic

The following steps summarize the process of linking a Segment to a Destination:

1. Log into Unity to create a Segment from the TARGETING application.
2. To activate the Segment, search for the Pubmatic Destination that you created and link the same.
3. Remember to enter the for activating the Segment.
