Liveramp

Channel Type - Both Private and Public Products Supported - Targeting and Connect Integration Type - 3P

Liveramp is a platform that helps us extend our segments using their Connect product. We upload AdIDs on Liveramp and they can extend it to more AdIDs, desktop and mobile cookies using their device graph.

Liveramp also has integration with various distribution Channels. We can push our extended segments to these Channels using Liveramp.

Liveramp provides control on IDs are required to be pushed to a particular Destination. The active Countries are US, Canada, UK, France and India. Liveramp charges 20% commission on top of the DSP commission.

Creating a Destination for Liveramp

Liveramp can be both private and public Channels. Perform the following steps to create a Destination for Liveramp:

1. Log into Unity and go to the DESTINATIONS application.
2. Under the All Channels section, search for Liveramp.
3. Click Liveramp and enter the following details in the window that appears.
   1. Enter a name for the Destination.
   2. Select the appropriate Data Store.
   3. By default, a private destination is created for Liveramp. If you want to make it a public destination, then select the Make this a Public Destination checkbox. A public destination is only visible to the Zeotap users. Note that external users can only create private destinations. A segment cannot have both private and public destinations for Liveramp.
   4. Click Save Destination.

For every segment created for a public Destination, Zeotap recommends that you use the existing Destination named as …….

Creating a Segment for Liveramp

The following steps summarize the process of linking a Segment to a Destination:

1. Log into Unity to create a Segment from the TARGETING application.
2. To activate the Segment, search for the Liveramp Destination that you created and link the same.
3. If you want to make the Segment a public one, then select the Make this a Public Destination checkbox.
4. Remember to enter the Price for activating the Segment. The price added for the segment gets applied across all the Liveramp destinations selected for the segment. Once a segment is created it cannot be changed.
5. Select the appropriate Audience Name. This Audience Name is applied across all the Liveramp destinations selected for the segment. Once a segment is created it cannot be changed.

Once the segment is created reach out to the Zeotap POC to see that the segment gets activated within the platform and goes live in the Channel.
