Segment creation in Unity is synonymous to creating a Custom Audience in Facebook. To create a Snap audience, ask client to provide the Ad account ID (not Business Manager ID) where they want us to push the segment. Only the ad account ID is required as an input during destination creation. The corresponding audience will be created within client’s ad account.
*IMPORTANT: The first time we are pushing segments to a client’s ad account ID, client needs to follow the below steps to enable us to push the segments:
- Log in to Snap Business Manager as an admin
- Go to Ads Manager.
- Click the menu in the top corner and select ‘Members.’
- Click ‘Invite New Member.’
- Input the member details.
Name: Suminakshi Das
Email: [email protected]
Role: Data Manager
- Click ‘Invite New Member.’
- Once the invite has been sent, I will be notified via email and asked to confirm the membership by clicking 'Join.'
- Once we accept the invite, the client will need to then my user in order for us to access the specific ad account where segments need to be pushed.

Snapchat only allows users/organization with access to the Ad Account to push segments to that account. zeotap account within Snapchat has been created with [email protected]. So the client will need to provide access to the email for us to be able to successfully send requests.
