Overview

Creating a Destination for MediaMath

Perform the following steps to create a Destination for MediaMath:

  1. Log into Unity and go to the DESTINATIONS application.
  2. Under the All Channels section, search for MediaMath.
  3. Click MediaMath and enter the following details in the window that appears.
    1. Enter a name for the Destination.
    2. By default, USD appears as the Currency. You cannot edit this value.
    3. Choose one of the following Org Type:

Agency – Choose this option if the client is an advertiser like Havas or Omnicom. After choosing Agency as the Org Type, enter the following input fields:

Org ID Agency ID Agency Name

Advertiser – Choose this option if the client is an advertiser like Volkwagen or Starbucks. After choosing Advertiser as the Org Type, enter the following input fields:

Org ID Agency ID Agency Name Advertiser ID

Advertiser Name

Public

    1. Do not select the Make this a Public Destination option.

Click Save Destination. Creating a Segment for MediaMath

MediaMath has a separate segment creation process for private and public segments.

Private segments – Private segment creation is an automated process through Unity.

Public segments – Public segment creation is manual for MediaMath. No new destination is required. Perform the following steps link a Segment to a Destination:

  1. Log into Unity to create a Segment from the TARGETING application.
  2. To activate the Segment, search for the MediaMath Destination that you created and link the same.
  3. Remember to enter the Price for activating the Segment.
